Observed precooked foods in coolers and freezers not properly labeled. All previously cooked food must be labeled with item, date and time cooling began. Observed flour, sugar, cornmeal, salt, and oregano containers not properly labeled. Please label with common name. (750.100) Immediate/Onsite

15  Observed the following non-food contact surfaces to be improper: 1. torn oven mitts - discarded; 2. broken plastic lid on roast beef in coke cooler; 3. torn gasket on chest freezer in front area; 4. lower shelf of dough prep table is rusty; 5. rust on racks in walk in cooler; 6. wood chipping on salad prep area shelves and dry storage shelves; Please repair, repaint, seal or replace.
